Led by a keynote from Colorado Senator Janet Buckner, RALI's Mark O'Brien moderated a panel discussion with Alex Castro of Life Recovery Centers, Rossina Schroeer-Santiago from the Element of Discovery, and Donna Wilson from the Mental Health Center focused on what mental health equity means, why is it important, barriers to mental health and substance use treatment and best practices for addressing mental health and substance use disorders in disadvantaged communities.
